教研究主題:

  1.以胰島素抗性動物(細胞)模式為平台研究中草藥及衍生物對代謝症候群之調控機制

   (1) 胰島素抗性與腸道菌相: 探討特定中草藥或其純化物是否可透過調整腸道菌相改善胰島素敏 感性與葡萄糖代謝。

   (2) 中草藥對脂肪組織異常的影響: 分析是否能改善脂肪細胞肥大、抑制炎症細胞因子的釋放。

   (3) 胰島素抗性與肝臟脂肪變性的連結: 研究中草藥或其衍生物是否能透過 AMPKPPAR 等路徑改善脂肪酸氧化,減少脂肪肝進展。

   (4) 腦部胰島素訊號與代謝症候群神經併發症: 探討特定純化物是否能改善胰島素抗性所引起的中樞神經系統病變。

   (5) 化學合成衍生物的結構與活性關係: 對比天然物與衍生物在葡萄糖攝取、胰島素受體磷酸化上的差異。

 2. 傳統中藥方劑與天然活性成分對糖尿病腎臟病變之藥效與安全性評估

   (1) 中藥方劑與天然活性成分對糖尿病腎臟病變的多靶點作用: 探討抗氧化、抗纖維化 (TGF-β/Smad 路徑) 與抑制腎小球肥厚的綜合效應。

   (2) 中西藥合併之藥物交互作用:評估中藥方劑或是天然活性成分與常用降糖藥物(如SGLT2 inhibitorsDPP-4 inhibitorsGLP-1 agonists等)併用時的藥效與安全性影響。

  (3)腎臟毒性與安全性評估:系統性分析中藥方劑或天然活性成分中可能導致腎毒性的成分,並建立相關毒理學監測指標。
