2. 研究主題
a.我們的研究目的是希望能藉由胰島素抗性動物模式的建立探討中草藥及其純化物或化學合成衍生物對葡萄糖代謝有關的影響,進一步釐清其在整個身體系統內抗代謝性症候群及其併發症的效力;並且針對一些具降血糖、調節血脂或是抑制脂肪蓄積活性的中藥及其純化物或化學合成衍生物進行作用機轉的解明。
b.我們亦針對傳統中藥方劑進行改善糖尿病腎臟病變之藥效及可能引至毒性進行評估,並確定中藥服用及中西藥合併其療效及可能引致之副作用,藉以釐清中西藥併用於改善糖尿病腎病變的藥效及安全性的參考。
